Stop Guessing whether your Shopify store is built to grow

You've poured real work into your Shopify store. You just want to know it's built right before you spend more trying to grow it. In two hours, one-on-one, you'll know exactly where it stands and the one thing to fix first.

IF THIS IS YOU

You're serious about your store. You just want to know it's built right.

You didn't start this to wing it. You want a real business, and you're putting in the work to build one. But if you're honest:

  • You've got a store up and running, but you know it could be sharper.

  • Everyone has an opinion. More apps, more ads, this theme, that funnel. You can't tell what actually matters yet.

  • You don't want to spend money sending traffic to a store that isn't ready to convert it.

  • And you really don't want to look back in a year to find out you built the whole thing on a shaky foundation.

You're not failing. You just can't tell if you're building it right, and that uncertainty is exhausting.

HERE'S THE PART NOBODY TELLS YOU

You can't tell if it's right because you've got nothing to compare it to.

This is your store, maybe your first. You've never had a hundred other stores in front of you to know what a strong one actually looks like at your stage. So every choice is a guess, and every guru with a different opinion just makes the guessing louder.

And you're too close to it. You built it, so you literally can't see it the way a first-time visitor does.

It's one of the many things a fresh set of expert eyes fixes fast.

Ready to see what they can catch in two hours?

SO HERE'S WHAT WE DO

Two hours, your store, and me.

We get on Zoom and we open your store together. No deck, no generic checklist. Here's how we spend it.

  • Walk your homepage and product pages the way a first time buyer sees them.

  • Trace the path from landing to checkout and catch what's confusing, missing, or quietly costing you sales.

  • Pin down the most impactful updates to focus on first in order to get your foundation solid.

  • Map out exactly how to fix your specific store.

  • Open Floor: ask me anything. What to focus on, what to ignore, what actually matters at your stage, etc.

You don't leave with a 40-item to-do list.

You leave knowing your foundation is solid and the moves that matters most.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER

You Finally Stop Guessing

  • You know exactly where your store stands.

  • You know exactly what you should be focusing on next

  • You know your foundation is solid before you spend another dollar on traffic.

  • You stop second guessing every move.

Two hours and the noise goes quiet.

You finally know your next move, and that it's the right one.

THIS ISN'T THEORY

Ask Donny

Donny sells ski boat parts online. His store was jumbled and quietly leaking sales. We found what actually mattered and fixed it. Here's what happened to the same store, with the same traffic:

"Our website was jumbled and people were getting confused at checkout. Chris didn't guess, he looked at the live data, figured out why people were leaving, and fixed it. In a few weeks our conversion rate doubled and our income doubled, even though our traffic actually dropped."

Donny Kirk, Founder, Inboard Marine

From a 1.8% conversion rate to nearly 4%. Now in the top 10% of all Shopify stores.

Same store. Less Traffic.

The difference was clarity.

WHO YOU'RE TRUSTING WITH YOUR STORE

Christopher Lang
Christopher Lang
Founder, Clarity Commerce

I started out as a developer. For almost 20 years I lived inside other people's online stores, hands on the code, fixing what was broken and building what was missing.

Then the ground shifted. Code became a commodity. AI can write most of what I used to charge for, and anyone can stand up a store in an afternoon. The building stopped being the valuable part.

But here's what AI can't hand you: two decades of pattern recognition. Hundreds of stores, every stage of growth, the same mistakes repeating in the same places. Knowing at a glance what matters and what's just noise. That doesn't come from a prompt. It comes from the reps.

So I stopped selling code and started selling the thing that took twenty years to earn: seeing in minutes what takes most founders months to figure out alone

  • Almost 20 years building and fixing online stores, across Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce.

  • Started as a developer, so I understand what's actually happening under the hood, not just on the surface.

  • Worked with brands from their very first dollar to $10M annual revenue.

  • I can usually spot where a store is losing sales within the first few minutes.

  • Strategist by trade, founder by habit. Not a freelancer, not a guru.

Just a few of the brands I've worked with through the years...

STARTING IS SIMPLE

Three Easy Steps

  • Pick the time that works for you

  • Lock it in with your payment

  • Show up, share your screen, and we get to work.

You choose your own time as you book, so you know there's a slot that fits before you pay a dime.

THE CATCH

I only open up 10 slots at a time

My calendar's mostly client work, so ten is all I can fit. When they're full, they're full.

ONE TIME INVESTMENT

$500

If your numbers have been nagging you, two hours will tell you more than two more months of guessing.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Common Questions, Answered

Can't I just figure this out with Google or AI?

You can find a thousand answers. That's the problem. Information isn't what's missing, judgment is. AI will hand you ten things to fix and no idea which one actually matters for your store. The part you can't prompt your way to is twenty years of knowing what moves the needle and what's a waste of time. That's what you're paying for.

Is two hours really enough?

Honestly? Yes, and here's why. I'm not spending two hours poking around your store trying to figure it out. After almost 20 years and hundreds of stores, I know where to look, and I'll usually have a strong read on what's holding you back in the first few minutes. So the time isn't about diagnosing slowly. It's about walking you through what I see, why it matters, and how to fix it, then leaving room for every question you've got. Could we fill more time? Sure. But you don't need more time, you need the right answers.

Is this secretly a pitch for something more expensive?

No. You pay, we spend the whole time on your store, we're done. If you ever want to work together beyond that, you'll have to bring it up, because I won't. The session is the product, not the bait.

My store's still small. Is it worth it for me?

That's when it's worth the most. Getting the foundation right before you pour money into traffic is far cheaper than finding out it was broken after you've spent it. The founders who win early are the ones who stop guessing early.

What do I actually walk away with?

Clarity on where your store stands, the one big thing to fix first, and exactly how to fix it. Not a 40-page report you'll never open. One clear move you can act on the same day.

What if I'm not technical?

You don't need to be. I explain what to do and why in plain language. If something needs a developer, you'll walk away knowing exactly what to hand them.
